Part 1-part time intern engineer

Spacecraft and Satellite Engineer
Sounds nice…..maybe i should add Ir. in front of my name……hehee..
For the past 9 weeks I have been having my internship in As+r0nAu+ic T3ch. (M) SdN. BhD a.k.a A-tee-S-bee..It’s a company that basically builds satellite and any other space related technology..Their most popular product would be the yet-to-launch-yet very-infamous R4z4kSa+..I am proud to say i have help to build a satellite for the country..No,it’s not R4z4kSa+ but its Cub35At..It’s a smaller satellite but it will be launch together with R4z4kSa+ (hopefully by September this year) and also i have help to rebuild part of the telecomm. subsystem of R4z4kSa+..now that’s something..i don’t know if its just me but i thought satellites are suppose to be huge..
when i first came here, it shocked me to see that a cUb3s4t is only about as big as an UNO stacko or a Jenga(see picture)..that’s small!!!and even r4z4ks4t is only "sebesar sepemeluk" (don’t know what ‘sepemeluk‘ is in BM…)..The best job i’ve done there is soldering(pateri) electronic circuit boards(PCB) with components sooooo small(or as i would say - taik idung pon besar lagi components) and i must say i’ve done a damn good job at it..and i can even finish soldering a board in less than half day..my supervisor were pretty impressed at me with that..too bad I’m not NASA certified engineer to have my board sent up to space(facts:only NASA certified personnels can solder electronic boards to be sent up to space)my soldered boards can only be used as an engineering model @ prototype for testing purposes..but still,its a satellite..and not many people can say "I’ve played with the chassis of a cub3s4t and even plan to use the rm30000 structure to be my night lamp since it looks like one"
So,i really learned a lot in a-tee-s-bee..Met a lot of good people too..The staff there(even my supervisor) became sort of like my sisters and brothers..They’re really nice..and the bestest thing there is that they always provide free foood..they have weekly meetings and they’ll provide free breakfast..and sometimes they have talks from outside people..more talks means more free fooood..nyum2..the not-so-best thing is it’s a part-government company therefore less salary if want to work here..and politics plays a major role in the company..internal politics??hmm..xyah ckp laaa….
Part 2 - Part time bibik

Professional Bibik
Noooooooooooo…i am and was only be the bibik of Alya Azzahra a.k.a Zara(read that Kaklang-I’m ur daughter’s bibik..not yours.. :p) Starting from 7pm every weekdays,I’ll punch in to my part time job as my adorable niece’s babysitter..In contrary of the rm300 allowance i get from being an intern at a-tee-s-bee,being a bibik only gives me allowance in form of slimey gooey ayaq lioq a.k.a saliva and hinguih a.k.a mucus..and sometimes i even got a bonus from "membasuh berak zara" though i rarely volunteer to do that job. Other than that,I sometimes give her a bath, i like giving her a bath because she likes water..but putting a diaper on her is quite a challenge..she never sit still but if im lucky she’ll be an angel and be still,sing songs(always out of tune,wonder who’s gene she got that from :p) or she’s just sleepy and tired to give her dear Uchu a challenge in putting on her clothes..she’s also very manja(read:banyak songeh)..every time after i pick her up from nursery,she wants me to carry her everywhere..if i put her down,she’ll make her seposen face and eventually cry..and after a brief playtime,making milk with 1 hand and dukung zara with the other(i am a pro at that!) and also a little merengek by the princess,zara and uchu will fall asleep together in front of the tv with uchu still in her working attire……….
Despite all the "allowances" and "bonuses" i get from being zara’s bibik, i love being with her..to be there when she first stand up on her own,when she’s taking her first baby step,when she first take a swim in the swimming pool,when she turns 1 year old(tho she’s asleep when we eat her birthday cake), when she ate durian for the first time, when she got her 1 year-old injection and a lot of other firsts…..like i said,she’s a princess..and she’s adorable..i must say she’s the best part of my day…(sob sob….)
Next week will be my final week here..then it’s straight back to UTM(final year!!wahhh) i’m kind of having mixed feelings about it..on the bright side of it,im glad that i dont have to wake up early every weekdays and go to office..i kinda hate being stuck in the office,it makes me feel restricted some how..and also sleepy(tp bile je aku tak mngantok..hahahaa..)im also glad i dont have to go through traffic jams everyday anymore..i must say driving in kl have made me a heartless driver..before this I always have my road manners,but i lost some of it due to ruthlessness of driving conditions in kl…but on the downside,its back to the booOOOOOoooOOOOOring life in UTM for me..really,seriously..it’s dead boooring..and no more tv..no more astro..i’ll miss the ever-so-fast-and-free internet connection at Kaklang’s house..no more downloading cerite..downloading songs would not require so much patience compared to tv series in UTM..other than that,i’ll miss the atsb family-kak azie(who always go lunch with us and teman melepak).kak fit(my ever-so-supportive and funny supervisor),leha(my fellow intern),spencer(our lunching-especially-on-fridays geng),kak nita(akak pr yg baek ati),dila(geng makan free),shahril(teammate yg suke membuli),nazree(the cute twin yg suke kaco org),rushdan(always there to help with tagline ‘have fun!’,sometimes i found it verrrry sarcastic),the people in GS(slalu blanje mkn) and all the others..sorry if there’s name i forgot to mention..
other than that..i’ll miss living with my kaklang..i always like living with kaklang..dunno why..maybe its the twice a week visit to pasar malam..and the free internet and astro..heheee..most of all,i’ll miss zara………(sob sob sob….)
eh,it’s 5.30 already..time to punch out…heheheee…i always go back on time…hehehehee..just 1 more weeeekkkkk..gambatteee..

it’s time again for holidays..after a week of cuti,i found myself being a full time baby sitter to my niece zara(no she’s not my daughter..die anak kak lang aku)..tho zara ni ske mragam tp naseb la die ni cute..mragam cmne pon me as her uchu layan kn aje laa…
well,we’re nearly at the end of 2007..it has been a great year overall..i got a niece..won 2nd place at pyic(refer previous blog post)..improved academically..n relationshiply(ade eh pkataan ni??) gaining weight gak..thanx to my blockmates merangkap classmates especially nadia at s23a..hari2 mkn nasi msk sniri..mkn bout 3 or 4 times a day x tmasuk jajan.. 
but rasenye losing weight cuti2 ni kne angkat berat..si zara ni nk kne dukong je..
things i want to achieve next year:
-patch up with old frens- kwn2 dr kuale,dak2 tepeng(dima,mel,ili,dak 13,wing B atas etc..),kwn2 from matrix(ros,mira,nerd,syu,lee,nat,dak2 se’tp’,etc..)..i mishh all of u..i mish having ppl calling me aidaaaaa… 
-have zara say "UCHUUU"..
-have better academic results
-go through practical succesfully
-be a better daughter to my mum
-unconfused all the confusions in my confused brain
-be a better human n hamba Allah
-act like im 21!(skang ley act like im 20 lg..hint hint ;p)

hm..how long has it been since i wrote my last blog???lame gak aa…well,susah gak idup xde tenet..every now n then kne pegi makmal sistem kt fac to browse the net..skang nadia si gedik kt seblah bilik aku dpt tenet so ari2 la g kaco die(like now)..nothing much to say,but has to say sumthin..my life’s kinda hectic..i thought after final exam nnt it’ll all be over but sadly i got this phillips young inventor challenge to enter..lmbt lagi la bru bley balik umah……..the thing bout this challenge is,nk buat prototype of the thing we proposed for and it’s not easy!!!aritu antar kt die proposal,but proposals are just talk,senang aa..we didn’t think dpt masuk final n kne make the thing itself!!!plus,the circuits we hv to build on our own..xde yg dah siap n smbung jer like the other group..huuu..lots of work to do then…dah la supervisor kitorg tu insist on us doing the project time final exam!!uwaaaa……hmmm..enuf of philips!skang ni,aku tgk lmpu filament kt bilik aku yg jename philips tu pun aku rase nk pecah2kan!huuu……seriously,enuf bout philips..
well..another thing…i forgot to wish my bro hepi besday n aku slalunyer x wish pon kt die,but still,hepi bday to aidi hasrizal…n to dima,pakcu aku pon bru dpt anak,same birthday as my bro..so i got a new kazen too..hehee…n i cant wait for my kaklang to meletup..jas kt dpn bilik ni,akak kitorg kawen same day tp kakak die dah branak..but kaklang,tggu fifi dah balik bru branak,k..i wanna b there when u mletop….hopefully time tu,all the philips dh abes..

after months of craving for a new fon, i finally bought it..it’s a sony w700i..not really the fon i’ve been dreaming of-i wanted sony w810- but it was worth all the money that came out of my wallet,all rm980 of it…………wuts d best thing bout this fon??d music..it’s a sony walkman so it sounds marvellous..half of the 512 is already filled with songs..NAK MEMORY 1Gb!!!i guess x cukup gak lagi..if only 4Gb pnye ade..hehee..tamak tul..the downside of this fon(and the reason i wanted w810 sooo much) is the colour!!why must it be orangey-goldish-wutever-oldpeople’s color?!?!well,tgk kt internet it says the color is titanium gold..wutever..i actually wanted sumthin black(w810!!!!) but since w700 only have this color,terpakse la…other downside is this fon,like many other sonyericsson fon, has a joystick(w810 xde joystick..)..it makes the fon cepat rosak la..im being 100 times extra cautious with this fon..nk letak dlm poket pon takut.n ayat cine yg jual fon tu “kalau u x bg kene air n jage elok2,x rosak lor” still terngiang2 di kepale hotak aku..hehhehee…this fon is letting d freak out of me!kalau fon lame tu aku campak2 jer…….talking bout my old fon..aku sayang sgt2 nk jual wpon aku ske main baling2 jer ngan fon tuh..fon baru nih xkan in 3 days dah nak cmpak2 kan??heheee..rite now im still getting used to d fon..it’s darn hard msging using dat fon..slalu salah tekan..dah type2 pastu ilang…warghh….frustrting tul…well,ape2 pon,it’s my new fon..lame2 biase aa……nk w810 tp x ley…my abg n kaklang x bagi me buy sumthin more than rm1000 so x bley aa..huhuuu….nway,my bro if u r reading this,apsal x amik blututh pnyer earphone tuh??xnk sudah…tawaran terhad……
france just won over portugal(damn it!!)i dunno y i even bother watching d world cup nways…i realize it gave me sooo much tantrums…i dont even understand d rules for offsides but i know a foul when i see one yet i dont think d referrees care..they are always one sided…………..so,a reminder for myself-in 4 years time when d world cup takes place again,dont bother to watch.go rent a series of desperate housewives or watch all the seasons of america’s next top model or something….no more football for me(yeah rite………………)
